Important: This service does NOT constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional therapeutic services. Code Sprit Libre is not a licensed healthcare provider, and its sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Taxes, if any, are included where required by law.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major cryptocurrencies)

Payment must be completed before or at the time of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the session date.

To request a refund:

• Include your name, session date, and a brief description of your concern
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to the session fee unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and sessions
• Respect communication rules, including punctuality, courtesy, and constructive dialogue
• Ensure a private and appropriate environment for online sessions
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent

Code Sprit Libre reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these obligations are not respected.

7. Limitation of Liability

Code Sprit Libre provides independent personal development conversation and mental performance coaching. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or improvements. Each individual's experience is unique and depends on many factors beyond our control.

Our services are independent in nature and do not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Code Sprit Libre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Code Sprit Libre website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Code Sprit Libre or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution first, through good-faith negotiation, within a reasonable timeframe.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the province of Québec, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Code Sprit Libre reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
